ERP Advisor's Primary Service is the ERP Project Health Assessment, which
provides an impartial review of your project to highlight plan deviations
to help you achieve a successful project
The ERP Project Health Assessment process helps ensure that your ERP project continues to achieve its milestones on schedule and within budget. If deviations from expected milestone timelines, spending, or projected project completion date occur, corrective actions will be detailed in a report to Project Management and the Project Steering Committee. The ERP Project Health Assessment will normally be conducted on-site for 3-4 days every 4-6 weeks depending on the length and complexity of your project. The first review will normally occur two weeks after the project kick-off to ensure that no early milestones are missed that could cause serious downstream problems with the overall implementation plan. This service also includes participation in go-live readiness assessments.
