Most recently served as Global CIO with Actuant Corporation (NYSE: ATU), a $1.4B diversified industrial company with operations in more than 30 countries and leaders in a broad array of niche markets including branded hydraulic and electrical tools and supplies; specialized products and services for energy related industries and highly engineered position and motion control systems. While at Actuant (, oversaw IT strategic direction and controlled an annual global IT budget of $25 million. Prior to Actuant, worked in similar roles with APW Ltd, Menasha Corporation and Newell Rubbermaid.



During a 40+ year career, provided IT Executive oversight and advice for large, mid and small tier ERP platform selections and rollouts. Directly involved in enterprise wide global scale implementations of more than 95 ERP projects, including Oracle, SAP, IFS, Microsoft, BAAN, Fourthshift, DMACS, Mapics, and others throughout more than 16 countries including the US, Ireland, England, Scotland, Brazil, Netherlands, Turkey, Italy, France, China, India, Poland, Germany, Denmark, Mexico, Egypt and others.  Directly involved in Vendor management with partners that include SAP Consulting, Oracle Consulting (US, Europe, China), IFS Consulting, Deloitte Consulting, PWC Consulting, Hand Consulting (China), Mahindra Satyam (India, Turkey, UAE, and Saudi Arabia), Hitachi Consulting (US and EMEA) and others.

  • Well rounded, proven leadership and hands-on experience in “cradle-to-grave” as it pertains to the ERP system selection and rollouts starting from RFP process through project sign-off.
  • Build and lead high-performance culturally diverse teams geographically spread across continents to deliver on-time and within budget ERP projects.
  • As a member of Executive Steering Committees, provided overall project governance and a clear business justification including delivering ROI and Payback analysis.
  • Over 80% of the projects were completed on schedule and within budget with Executive management sign-offs.
